PARKOUR 1. BASICS
Parkour is very fun if you know how to do it. To start try to work out your legs and arms to get good strength so it makes parkour more easy. Then try to make your jumping higher, and longer. Now try a basic move called the Kong Vault. Find a block or a ledge, run at it jump up put your hands on it and tuck your legs so you can pull them in between both of your arms, and shoot off the other side!
