1. Find a good strong stick, string, a saw, and a knife. 2. Make 2 grooves on each end of the stick with a saw. 3. Wrap the string in the bottom groove and tie it tight. 4. Place the stick at an angled position from the ground by holding the top but not the bottom. Move your bad leg over the top of the stick and leave your good one behind it. Bend the stick by pushing down with your bad leg on it. 5. Tie the end of the already tied string on the other end of the stick, holding it in it's bent position. ​​
